87 official ADMIRALTY nautical publications available in electronic format. The range includes navigation directions (pilots), ocean passages for the world, the nautical almanac, the mariner’s handbook and many more.

INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANIZATION (IMO)

Convention, codes, regulations and guidelines issued by the International Maritime Organization (IMO): SOLAS, MARPOL, IGS, PBIP, IMDG, STCW, FSS, IAMSAR, Life-Saving Appliances (LSA Code), etc.

e-Books

E-books are simply copies of PDF publications. IMO has stopped publishing most titles in English as electronic books, but continues to publish certain titles in Spanish and French as electronic books.

e-Readers

E-readers are EBK-format files that require the free e-Reader software called IMO Bookshelf (Windows only) to view the file.

Once purchased, an e-Reader file is downloaded from the IMO website and activated on a computer using IMO Bookshelf. Please note that e-Reader software and purchased titles are locked on one computer. Only 75% of the text can be printed per day and cannot be printed as PDF.
